      • Tender & RFP Analysis: Review and interpret RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents to identify key commercial, legal, and financial terms. Flag critical risks and suggest mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders.
      • Contract Drafting, coordination & Finalization: Support in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts including LoIs, LoAs, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and NDAs. Ensure that final contracts reflect agreed commercial terms and align with company interests.
      • Milestone & Payment Tracking: Track payment terms, billing milestones, BGs (PBG/ABG), and insurance obligations. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
      • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain an organized repository of contracts, amendments, and approvals. Ensure all documentation complies with internal control standards and client expectations.
      • Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for contract-related clarifications, client documentation needs, and payment follow-ups. Ensure smooth communication and alignment between BD, finance, legal, and execution teams.
      • Internal Handover & Risk Management: Facilitate post-award project handovers by providing concise summaries of contract obligations and risks to execution and commercial teams.

      • Receive and verify vendor/subcontractor invoices for tax compliance, material receipt, and contractual correctness in Tax, Price and Quantities etc.
      • Obtain work completion certification from Site Engineers (invoice endorsement or email confirmation) with supporting documents.
      • Coordinate with Project and O&M site teams for bill submission, clarifications, and discrepancy resolution. In case of discrepancies, liaise with vendors/contractors to obtain corrected or revised invoices promptly. Liaise with Executive Stores for timely GRN generation as per defined KPIs.
      • Submit GRN-approved invoices to Finance & Accounts for accounting in SAP and payment processing. Coordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure timely release of payments and circulate payment advice to suppliers.
      • Follow up with vendors/subcontractors for Advance Bank Guarantees (ABG), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG) and Corporate Guarantees, Warranty Certificates etc.
      • Ensure timely processing of retention payments as per contract terms.
      • Maintain site-wise subcontractor statements of account.
      • Prepare and share weekly and quarterly payment projections with Finance & Accounts.
      • Provide statutory statements such as TDS, TCS, ESI and MSME vendor details to Finance & Accounts.
      • Update daily MIS including bill tracking, PO-wise reports, and payment outstanding statements and Google Tracker updation.

      Experience : 6 to 10 years

      Location : Chennai

      • Perform load flow, short circuit, transient stability, and protection coordination studies using standard power system simulation tools.
      • Conduct Grid Impact and Interconnection Studies for new projects and assess their impact on the existing power network.
      • Design and evaluate substation layouts (AIS/GIS), single line diagrams, equipment sizing, and protection schemes.
      • Support concept-to-commissioning activities for large electrical infrastructure and substation projects.
      • Ensure compliance with national and international grid codes (CEA, IEC, IEEE, etc.). Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and system study reports for internal and external stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with transmission/distribution utilities, EPC contractors, and consultants during various project phases.
      • Evaluate grid integration requirements for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid).
      • Participate in technical reviews, risk assessments, and design optimization discussions.
