    Location : Chennai

    • Lead global sourcing and Strategic procurement of BESS, solar modules, inverters, BOS, and related renewable components
    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard international suppliers (US, Europe, Asia, etc.)
    • Manage RFQs/RFPs, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, and finalization of purchase orders and contracts
    • Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, LDs, and Incoterms
    • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and international trade norms.
    • Handle import procurement, customs coordination, duties, and regulatory compliance
    • Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and resolve supply-related issues
    • Support project teams to ensure on-time material availability
    • Monitor global price trends, FX impact, and supply chain risks and update
    • Drive cost optimization, alternate sourcing, and supplier development initiatives
    • Handle import & Export logistics and necessary documentation compliance.
    • Supporting large-scale solar & BESS projects
    • Expedite critical, long-lead and other items from PO to site delivery.

    • Perform load flow, short circuit, transient stability, and protection coordination studies using standard power system simulation tools.
    • Conduct Grid Impact and Interconnection Studies for new projects and assess their impact on the existing power network.
    • Design and evaluate substation layouts (AIS/GIS), single line diagrams, equipment sizing, and protection schemes.
    • Support concept-to-commissioning activities for large electrical infrastructure and substation projects.
    • Ensure compliance with national and international grid codes (CEA, IEC, IEEE, etc.). Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and system study reports for internal and external stakeholders.
